Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, we’re here to make it right.

• Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

• Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging

• Process: Email us at support@belleria.us with your order number and reason for return

• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or incorrect

We inspect all returns before issuing refunds. If your return does not meet the required conditions, we may not process the refund.

Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
